Payment

Pre-pay at the store and brining your receipt (or new card) to class is preferred, to save teachers and the class time. To pay at the studio, exact change is best. Checks, made out to Inspirit Common, andc redit cards can be accepted by teachers, but please leave a little extra time for them to do the paperwork.

Please feel free, especially NEW STUDENTS, to arrive up to 15 minutes before class.

A style of Hatha yoga, Svaroopa® offers profound relief for back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, and more. Classes are non-athletic (no sweating or straining). Carole “Shivani” Bull, RYT., M.Ed., LSW, LMHC is a Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Basics Teacher. Since September of 2007 she has been teaching two continuing yoga classes per week at Inspirit Common, and currently teaches a Gentler class, in addition to providing Embodyment® Yoga Therapy. She has taught yoga since 2003 in Cambridge, Boston, and Watertown for housing justice advocates, employees at a large homeless provider agency (where she was also the Director of Staff Training & Development) and for women. She has been an adult popular educator for twenty years, as well as a social worker, researcher, consultant and critical incident stress responder.Embodyment® Yoga Therapy sessions.
