Persia Garland

Persia Garland is a graduate of The Four Winds Healing the Light Body School in the tradition of shamanic energy medicine. She was mentored by Dr. Alberto Villoldo, author of Shaman, Healer, Sage. Persia received the Munay Ki rites and training from the Laika, shaman elders from the Andes. She was taught meditation as a young child and initiated in a tantra yoga lineage. She began teaching meditation in 1998 and has experience in hypnosis and counseling. She is an inspired student, teacher, and shamanic practitioner.

Munay Ki: 2012 & The Map to Reawaken Our Personal and Planetary Heart

Many of us have heard the phrase, "We are the ones we've been waiting for." What exactly does this mean? More and more people feel a calling, a sense of urgency. What is this persistent "calling" and why is it getting louder? Why are we living in a world-wide system of distortion? Why is fear the name of the game? Where is Love? This workshop series will explore these questions and more through the wisdom teachings and energetic transmissions of the Munay Ki.

The Munay Ki are an ancient pathway for knowing how to walk in grace and fearlessness. They are the transmission of nine initiation rites planted as seeds in your energy body that rapidly accelerate personal and global healing. Tending to these seeds with courage and devotion guides you to personal power, universal love, and ancient wisdom. The rites take you on a journey of perceptual shifts that allow you to gather your purpose for being here at this crucial moment in consciousness evolution.

In Quechua, Munay (supreme love) and Ki(power/life force) are the loving legacy gifted by Inca shaman/sages of the Andes in Peru. The prophecies of 2012 speak of these next four years as a tremendous opportunity for unprecedented change and a quantum leap in human evolution. The Munay Ki empower you to take part in this evolution of the planet by letting go of the collective nightmare and taking up residence in a spirit community committed to dreaming the new world into being. You will gain the tools to have a direct experience with your Essential Self, your forgotten self, and the Light you carry.

Course Description

Drawing on the wisdom teachings of the Inca, we will germinate the seeds of the Munay Ki through personal awareness, journeying, shamanic breathing techniques, fire ceremony, ritual, chakra exercises, and intuitive development.

We will learn to step out of the ordinary laws of space and time, to dance in the mystery of creation, and reside in our transcendent nature.

Session 1 and 2: Foundation Rites 1-4 The Hero's Journey.

We learn to shed the painful stories of our past and begin to transform our wounds into sources of power and compassion.

Session 3 and 4: Lineage Rite 5 The Way of the Luminous Warrior & Lineage Rite 6 The Way of the Ancient Masters.

We learn to live in peace with greatest integrity, to have no enemies, and to step beyond fear and violence. Lineage Rite 6 The Way of the Ancient Masters. We will begin the practices of infinity and invisibility, to sit in counsel among the ancestors.

Session 5 and 6: Archangel Rites 7-9 The Way of the Visionary.

We reclaim our birthright to co-create the world sourcing from unbound/inspired hearts. As spirit flows through us, we are able to dream the world into being.

A Note on Public Transmission of Ancient Incan Medicine

This transmission of the Munay Ki to the public has been sanctioned by the Incan elders. These initiations are one of three pillars of the medicine teachings and are best received in conjunction with the "core insights" and the intervention tools of shamanic energy medicine, as taught to students of the Healing the Light Body program. This qualifies HLB trained students to provide the mentoring necessary to help develop the solid vessel to grow the seeds of the rites within and the fertile soil to nurture them to blossom fully.
